Can I personalise a journey?
Yes. Treat each itinerary as a starting point. Add your interests, preferred pace and any changes to your journey brief. Final routing depends on your dates, travel time and availability.
Do you feature both India and the United Kingdom?
The collection includes private journey ideas in India, a ten-day heritage journey through Britain. Use the journey filters to explore each destination.
Are the displayed itineraries confirmed departures?
No. They are suggested routes. Dates, transport, accommodation, entry tickets and any included meals must be confirmed in your individual proposal before booking.
How do I get a price?
Save a brief with your dates, group size and preferences. The final price depends on those choices and availability. This first version of the website does not provide live pricing or collect payments.
What happens when I create a journey brief?
Your brief is saved in this browser and can be downloaded as a text file. It is not sent to Private Compass and does not make a booking. Keep the downloaded file for your planning conversation.
Can I include accessibility or dietary needs?
Yes. Add the practical details that matter in the notes field. A final proposal should confirm walking distances, steps, transport accessibility and dietary arrangements rather than assume they are available.
Can I save journeys and return later?
Use the heart on a journey to add it to your saved collection. Saved journeys stay in the same browser on this device. Clearing browser storage removes them.
Can I book tickets or make a payment here?
Not in this first draft. You can explore routes, shortlist journeys and prepare a brief. No availability is held and no payment is taken.
What about cancellation or refunds?
There is no confirmed booking or transaction through this website. Cancellation and refund terms will need to be supplied with a final proposal and accepted before a future booking.
How do I remove my saved information?
Open the journey planner and choose “Clear saved brief” to remove your planning draft. Saved journeys can be removed individually using their heart buttons or together from the saved journeys page.
